A pair of George III Old Sheffield Plate candelabra
£1,275.00Available
A magnificent pair of Old Sheffield Plate candelabra. Each branch with two detachable sconces, the centre knop also being detachable to make a choice of two or three candles in each.Littered with makers marks but sadly, we cannot attribute the marks to a known maker, but almost certainly made in Birmingham around 1820. Sixe: 16" high (41cm) x 16.5" wide (42cm) Dealers note: These are a really nice pair of candelabra with a little bleeding, but hardly noticeable. A spectacular pair to grace the most opulent dining table.
